Hi There, 

Great question!

Our venue is an acconmadation and venue in one which includes 90 bunk bed accomadation as well as the option to set up camping or glamping villages in the space. But based on our experience we find that on average they tend to have 60 guest stay the night for our specific venue however we detinely have had some have less and more depending on their specific set up.

10-15 Rooms on an average. It all depends on the guests how far are they from the venue.

Normally the bride and her bridesmaids stay the night before the wedding. It' will create a stronger connection between the bride and her attendants and it's a fun way to start the celebrations. Maybe dinner together maybe a drink or two then an early night. This way the makeup and hair professionals and photographers have got the bride and attendants  together to get them ready for the day. Having the bride and bridesmaids getting ready in a beautiful setting is perfect for photographs . We offer a house in a beautiful setting, perfect for photos . We also offer a yoga session to our guests, we think there's no better way to start the day than a nice easy yoga session to warm up the muscles, ease tension and anxiety and bring clarity and focus to the day. 
After the wedding ceremony, photos and reception, being able to return to your room at the venue at any time is of great comfort if you need somewhere quiet to use a bathroom, fix a wardrobe malfunction, change clothes, shoes, breastfeed, change nappies or put a child to sleep. 
Alternatively, accommodation can be used for older guests, parents and grandparents and the unwell. Having accommodation at the venue gives this group the opportunity to join in the celebration, be present and then retire or rest as early as they need. 
Having accommodation at the ceremony is very useful and can be used for different reasons and purposes. It's up to the bride and groom who know their guest list best, what would be the best use of this feature.

For weddings, we typically receive bookings for 10 to 15 tents, although in some cases, we’ve accommodated up to 40 tents. The number of guests who choose to book glamping tents can vary significantly from one event to another.

There are several factors that influence this, including:

  • The availability of local Airbnb and hotel accommodation
  • How many guests are local to the area
  • The total number of guests invited
