Hey, I’m Blair — the guy behind Gnome & Co Customs. I live in Melbourne with my wife and our two boys, Jack and Billy. What began as a small idea has grown into a trusted name for custom headwear that looks great, feels great, and tells a story. We love creating premium, personalised hats that make weddings even more memorable — built to last and made with care.

Absolutely. You can personalise your hats with embroidered names, monograms, or a custom design created just for your wedding. Our design team can help bring your vision to life or work from your existing artwork.
Our minimum order starts at 25 hats, making it easy for small weddings or intimate celebrations. We can also handle large guest lists and bulk orders. Bulk orders will have a bigger discount applied to the order.
Typical production time is 6–8 weeks from final design approval. However, since weddings are planned well in advance that gives you plenty of time to finalise everything.
Of course. We’ll provide free digital mockups before production so you can see exactly how your hats will look. Our team can guide you on design placement, font choice, and colour combinations to match your wedding theme.
Yes! You can mix hat styles or colour combinations across your order — for example, one look for the bridal party and another for guests — as long as each variation meets the minimum quantity for that design.
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for larger quantities. The more you order, the better the value — ideal for weddings with 50+ guests or destination celebrations.
Yes! We can ship to anywhere in the world as we have done for many weddings, events and businesses.
We do offer rush production and express shipping options depending on design complexity. Contact us early and we’ll work to meet your timeline.
