Cultural integration incorporate into Australian ceremonies have become very popular with us as Celebrants perform many mixed couples that would like to have a part of their family and social customs introduced into their Wedding Ceremonies. Whether their are one or several element's added, I have always found the blending of the two very uplifting and the symbolism well recieved by both cultures.
I have officiated several nationalities and will be conducting another this week.
I would love the opportunity to share your most treasured day with you both and I'm more than happy to answer any question you may have. Good Luck. Ellen Patterson

Several years ago I officiated at a Philipino wedding and incorporated the traditional prayes adn customes associated with the custom. I liked the symbolism of the cuatoms, being the coins and veil. I worked with the bride closely and she introduced me to her customs which we covered in the ceremony.

Hi,
I've done a few of these lovely ceremonies using the candle, cord and veil ritual. Feel free to contact me with your location and I might be able to help!

I am in Western Sydney, so not near you, but can tell you that many Celebrants like myself will go to great effort to incorporate cultural, familial and personal aspects to a Ceremony. I performed a ceremony for a Filipino couple only weeks ago and have another next week.
If you search the Easy Weddings data base or the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants (www.afcc.com.au), you might just find the perfect Ceebrant for your occassion.... or I could fly down.
