Catholic wedding celebrant in Gold Coast

My fiancé and I are planning to get married in Gold Coast and are looking for a celebrant who can incorporate our Catholic faith into the ceremony. While we understand that celebrants are unable to perform a full religious ceremony, we would love for the celebrant to profess the Catholic faith and include some scripture readings during the ceremony, as this is very important to us.
