I think I need to call off my wedding, any advice?

Long story short he's a Muslim and for me to marry him I need to convert to Islam. Although I'm so confused why I need to change my religion to be with the man I love, the man of my dreams. There's a month left to our wedding and love this man to pieces but I just don't want to change I'm a Catholic. What should I do?

Can I request my celebrant to wear a certain colour or outfit?

I've seen some awful clashing outfits and celebrants in white etc... is it rude to ask them to wear a particular colour or style? I don't know if I'm taking it way too far haha. But I want everything to look good! It is my wedding day, after all :)
