On a day that you are beginning your life adventure with the love of your life, you need a ceremony that gets it just right.
One thing that really gives me joy is seeing two people, look each other in the eye and say the magic words “I will”. What gives me even more joy is making it happen in the exact way that they wished for.
My name is Glenys Searle and I’m a vibrant wedding celebrant located in idyllic Noosa.
I love working with couples to create unique ceremonies that are a reflection of how they feel about each other and their special day.
I perform weddings across the Sunshine Coast and magnificent Hinterland. I love to travel for weddings too, with the divine Yarra Valley wine region in Melbourne being a favourite. Wherever couples want to share their love and marry their favourite human – I’m there!
My mantra is to create ceremonies that reflect how you feel about each other and to always provide a personal, fun, professional service. If the feelings you have for each other were able to come alive and conduct the ceremony – how glorious would it be? That is what I always strive to give.

Hi I live on the Sunshine Coast where the weather is fantastic most of the time. It's a great environment to live in and a perfect place for any type of celebration. I marry couples all over the Sunny Coast and in Melbourne. I don't consider being a marriage celebrant a job, it really is such a buzz to have the responsibility of being able to make a couple complete. I just love the lead up to the ceremony and getting to know my couples and to develop a special rapport with them.

Giving Away. You can walk down the aise without anyone, a bit like Meagan Markle until Prince Charles joined her. You can have your groom meet you at the top of the aisle and walk you down. Both parents can walk you down if you like, it's entirely up to you.
There is no particular side for the bridal parties to stand anymore. Left or right whatever suit you and also guest often sit anywhere now not on particular sides.
There really aren't any traditional touches that have to be included in the ceremony except of course if being married by a civil marriage celebrant certain legal wording needs to be said.
