1. What does a celebrant actually do?
I take care of all the legal paperwork, write and personalise your ceremony, help with vows, and deliver a warm, meaningful ceremony on the day.
2. How early do we need to lodge the NOIM?
At least 1 month before the wedding. I’ll guide you through every step.
3. Do we have to say traditional vows?
Nope! Only one legal line is required.
Everything else can be short, sweet, romantic, funny — totally up to you.
4. How long does a ceremony go for?
Usually around 15–25 minutes — meaningful, relaxed, and just the right length.
5. Do we need witnesses?
Yes — two witnesses over 18. They don’t have to be family; anyone you trust is perfect.
6. Will you help us write our vows?
Absolutely! I have templates, prompts, examples, and can help edit or refine your words if needed.
7. Do you travel?
Yes! I happily travel around [your region] and beyond. Just ask — I love a scenic ceremony.
8. What’s included when we book you?
Personalised ceremony script, legal paperwork, meetings, vow support, rehearsal (if needed), a great PA system, and a calm, friendly celebrant on the day.
9. How do we get our official marriage certificate?
I lodge everything for you, and I can apply for the official certificate on your behalf — easy!
10. We’re shy speakers. Can you help?
Absolutely. I tailor your ceremony so you feel relaxed and comfortable. No pressure, no awkward moments — I’ve got you.
