FAQ
You must lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at least ONE MONTH before the intended date of your wedding. This is one of the Legal forms. I can assist you to complete this and it is lodged to - Me.
I offer a range of ceremonies to suit everyones needs, including Wedding, Elopements, Naming Ceremonies, Vow Renewals, Commitment Ceremonies, Legals Only Weddings and Co-Pilot Weddings. Each ceremony is tailored to reflect your unique love story, beliefs and preferences.
Yes, you can. While the legal vows are required, many couples choose to include personal vows. I can guide you through writing them and offer tips on structuring them.
This is a new trend. This allows a family friend or relative to MC the ceremony. I step in to say the required legal elements like the Monitum and the Legal Vows to officiate the marriage. I will sign and direct you in signing the official paperwork.
A Legals Only marriage typically takes between 5 - 10 minutes, while a more elaborate ceremony may include personal vows, rituals and readings and this would last 20 - 30 minutes. We can custom the length depending on your vision for the day.
While the SURPRISE element cannot extend to your partner, a SURPRISE wedding can be a fun way to surprise your guests!
They'll think they are attending another event, and surprise, they are witnessing you both commit your love.
Rehearsals are not required but they can be helpful to be sure everything runs smoothly on the big day. I can arrange one with you and go through the ceremony so all the participants know what to expect.
I always dress professionally and will liase with you on your chosen colours. I can be neutral or pick up on your theme so my attire complements the tone and style of your big day. I am also open to dress up themes, however if very extravagant, there may be an additional fee.
It is always a good idea to select and book your celebrant as soon as you have set the date of your wedding. Celebrants book up fast and especially for popular wedding seasons and significant dates of the year. For example, Valentine's Day, 06/06/26, 26/6/26
I would love to incorporate your culture and/or ritual into your ceremony. Whether it is an Acknowledgement of Country, family rituals or other family traditions, we can work together to make sure your ceremony is one that reflects your love, beliefs and values.
I include travel within the Central Coast areas in my ceremony fees. If your ceremony is outside a 20 km radius of Gosford, a fee of $1.00 per km will be charged.
A booking fee is your deposit to secure the date in my calendar. The full balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the ceremony. Payment can be made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Card of Cash.
Yes! As your celebrant, I can also act as your MC helping to guide the flow of your event. I can coordinate the speaches, toasts and other suppliers so you can relax and enjoy the moments with your guests. I can also be hired for MC only events.
