FAQ
Yes absolutely! I support Marriage Equality. As of 9th December 2017, Same-Sex marriage was legalised in Australia. It is wonderful that ‘Love is Love’ and it is amazing to be able to celebrate that with everyone. I would be honored to help share your love with a Ceremony
For the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), I will need both partners to produce their passports
OR original copies of their Birth Certificates plus their driver's licences
Not at all. I will need to see evidence of how that marriage ended (e.g. death, divorce or nullity)
Of course! I will work with you to create a unique and personalised ceremony until you are 100% happy
No. Using my PA system will help but is not necessary (Remember: Your witnesses must hear the legal wording of your ceremony)

Totally up to you! There’s no right or wrong answer — just whatever feels right for you. Some people love the tradition, others prefer to keep their name for personal or professional reasons, and some even combine or hyphenate. If you’re unsure, you can always wait and decide later — there’s no deadline. Hope this helps. Mark
Can my vows be funny?

Absolutely! Your vows can definitely be funny if that’s what feels true to you both. It’s a great way to show your personality and bring some light-heartedness to the ceremony. Just make sure it reflects your relationship and is still meaningful. A bit of humour can really make the vows memorable and personal!

Mark Your Ceremony
Yep, you do. You need to be legally divorced before you can get married again in Australia. The divorce has to be finalised and registered through the court — not just separated or in the process. Once that’s done, you’re all good to go! Hope that helps! Mark
