My name is Somer Kovacs. I am a Civil Celebrant based in Brisbane and available to take bookings for Weddings, Australia wide.

I love ‘Love’ and that’s why I believe I have the best job in the world. Choosing the right Celebrant (or me) for your wedding day (or elopement) will ensure your day is unique, meaningful & memorable. Your ceremony can be as lengthy and detailed as your heart desires or short and punchy, but still sweet.

The most important thing is I will be telling ‘your story’ with purpose and meaning.

I discovered years ago through practising gratitude that I wanted to start chasing ‘goose-bump moments’ for my own fulfilment. I started taking mental notes of these moments as they happened, and weddings have always been standout for me. Nothing gives me joy like a beautifully worded and delivered ceremony. Somer was absolutely amazing. We first met for coffee. Somer was so energetic and bubbly. We felt comfortable with her sharing our love story. Somer helped us throughout the wedding proceedings. She also helped both of us write our own vows. At our ceremony, Somer was amazing. Everyone kept saying it was a beautiful ceremony. We can't thank her enough.

Perfect is the only word. Somer was absolutely incredible from the first moment we spoke with her, and there is truly no one else that we would've wanted to share in our day. She was so personable, fast to respond to any of our queries and took the time to get to know exactly what we wanted for our day. She made every effort to make it just the way we had hoped, and whilst doing this she managed to make it even better than we could have imagined! We chose Somer because Somer has the ability to connect with people and make them feel at ease.
