I have been a Civil Celebrant since 2009 and have loved every moment since the very beginning. I am here to be the calm in your wedding storm and help you create a Wedding Ceremony that is perfect for you. I can and I will help you make sense of all of those legal forms and requirements and then we can get to the fun part, creating the Ceremony of your dreams.
I will ensure you enjoy a stress free Ceremony, one that is full of personality (yours not mine) and one that is everything you dreamed it would be and more.

Each and every ceremony is unique in their own special way and the length can vary and will be guided by your requests. However as an average I would allow 20 - 30 minutes.
Not at all, I am here to tailor the ceremony to suit the two of you as a couple, whether you are traditional, romantic, casual, hippies, funky, bohemian or massive Harry Potter or Star Wars fans, my goal is to create a ceremony that is as beautiful and unique as you are and that is exactly what I will do.
A rehearsal is a fabulous idea for many reasons. Firstly there are so many nerves and emotions at play on your wedding day with so much planning a huge build up to that moment that it is wonderful to get together and have a casual walk through of the ceremony. Stress and nerves will definitely settle as a picture is painted for you of what will happen and when. Secondly it gives us an opportunity to nut out any last minute factors such as where will the signing table be, is the song long enough for the walk down the aisle, do I need stoppers on my heels for the ground at my ceremony location. Lots of little things can be discussed and figured out at the rehearsal and lastly we get to have a laugh, relax with each other and the bridal party (if they can make it) and really start to get excited about the day as it starts to unfold in front of your eyes.
In short YES! There are so many options and this is a very personal and important discussion for the two of you to have but I will be there to guide you along the way, with examples and advice til you figure out what is right for you.
I always say start with your combined favourite bands and see if there is something suitable amongst them that you could use in the ceremony. If not there is a huge world of wonderful music out there which can be overwhelming to search through so I have compiled a list I can send you should you need a starting point.

Absolutely not, these days are wonderful days for a wedding and you might find you have more options to choose from as Saturday's tend to get booked up so quickly.

My advice is, if you want your dog at your wedding, have your dog at your wedding! My biggest tip would be to invest in a handler so that the pressure is taken off you and any loved ones that you want to enjoy the day. They take wonderful care of your furbabies and will be able to chaffeur your pup from the wedding venue to home if required as well.
