Wedding ceremonies celebrate very significant and intimate moments in our lives and my aim is to make it a memorable day you won't forget.

I take pride in my work, strive to always provide professional service to my clients and although based in Ballarat I am happy to travel both within Victoria, and interstate, to be part of your day.

Your wedding ceremony is, and should be, unique to the couple being married. I happy to work with you to make sure your ceremony is personalised exactly how you want, with your special memories in mind.

My services include:

• That First Meeting
  Let's have a chat about what I can offer. From here we can secure your booking and begin preparing the necessary paperwork. 
  
  
• Legal Documentation
  Completion of all legally binding documentation will be taken care of.
  
  
• Developing Your Ceremony
  I'll begin to write up your ceremony with all the relevant information provided. Drafts will be exchanged until you're 100% happy!
  
  
• The Rehearsal
  A rehearsal is include as part of my services and can be held anywhere at anytime. I suggest you allow 2-3 hours for your rehearsal. 
  
  
• On The Day
  I will be onsite with everything in place at least 30 minutes prior to start time of your ceremony. On conclusion, once I double check all signatures have been collected, I will wish you both well and be on my way.
  
  
• Lodgement of all marriage documentation to Births Deaths and Marriages within 14 days of your ceremony. I will monitor the progress of the registration and advise you once it has been completed.

For an additional fee I can process the request for your official marriage certificate (invoiced separately) during the lodging of your marriage documentation. This fee is the cost of the certificate and postage at time of request.

• Official Marriage Certificate
  On the day you will be presented with your commemorative marriage certificate. To change your name legally Government Organisations now require you to provide the official marriage certificate. This must be obtained from the BDM once your marriage is registered. This is a service I can offer and if the application is processed at the same time my paperwork is lodged to register your marriage, the certificate request can be processed immediately, saving you time.
