The Calile Hotel has three ceremony spaces on offer – all open aired, all with inclement weather options and all dependant on the number of guests you wish to invite as well as the visual direction you have in mind.
The Calile Hotel has multiple spaces which perfectly lend themselves to intimate or large celebrations – no matter the guest list, we have an option. Contact our team to find the perfect space to suit your special day.
We are delighted to welcome you for your special day, however wedding photography is only permitted in public and event spaces if your wedding celebration is taking place at The Calile Hotel. Guests who are staying at The Calile but getting married elsewhere are permitted photography only inside booked accommodation rooms. All other areas including but not limited to the rooftop, amphitheatre, level one, pool, elevator lobbies, hotel lobby or around the hotel grounds are not permitted as per our photography and videography policy.
We've got you covered with all the bells and whistles for your big day. The Calile Hotel will set and supply the following items: Glassware, Silver cutlery, crockery, Calile chairs, table numbers, white or Oak easels, Gold Anna Varendorff vases, white cake table, gold cake knife, white tablecloths and Oatmeal or White napkins.
Upon booking your wedding at The Calile Hotel, the hotel team are pleased to offer a unique discount code that can be generated for you to provide to your guests. This one-off code will allow recipients to access their discount via www.thecalilehotel.com.au on a range of room types across the period of the wedding (all discounts are subject to Terms & Conditions).
We welcome children of all ages to join in your celebration. Infants aged 0-1 years of age not only bring the cute factor to your special day, but also will not cost you a thing. For your friends and family aged between 2-12, we have a special children’s meal ready to rock their taste buds. Teenagers aged 13 to 17 will enjoy the same delicious meals as adults with a non-alcoholic beverage package included at a special discounted rate.
A fed crew is a happy crew! Meals for your photographer, videographer, DJ, band and photobooth attendants can be organized through your Weddings Manager. Please ensure to make note of any special dietary requirements they may have.
In the months leading up to your wedding day, we extend an invitation for you to indulge in a menu tasting experience. This tasting is a wonderful opportunity for you to savor our menu offerings and kindle the excitement for your upcoming celebration. Additionally, it provides you with the perfect chance to sample wines from all our packages, helping you decide if you'd like to consider any delightful upgrades.
