Beautiful venue, but the music from the party in the ballroom was not turned down during our speeches, and some of our requests were overlooked on the night. All in all a good experience, though, and good value for money. The food was very good.

Nice venue, but event planners didn't communicate with the catering staff, which result in a few mistakes on the day (i.e. equipment and decorations not set up). Emailed them after and they basically ignored our complains.

Fantastic service on our wedding day. Drinks were constantly being filled and the food was absolutley amazing!! All ran smoothly throughout the preparation leading up to the day.

Venue was beautiful, food was delicious, staff on the night were very good. A few little things didn't go quite as planned but overall a fabulous venue. I definitely recommend them.

Beautiful venue, great food, POOR SERVICE! These guys assured me that they are very organised and not to worry on the day (after I questioned their attention to detail when they failed to give me a checklist I needed prior to the final meeting) - so I didnt, and instead they played the wrong music during my ceremony, forgot to specify that spirits were included in our beverage package via table service on the table menus (hence we realised after the wedding that 95% of the guests were not aware they could order spirits), the bridal table were supposed to choose their main courses, but we were not asked on the day and some guests who knew about the spirits were served drinks with only 15mls of alcohol. When these guests questioned bar staff they were told it was a management decision. This is something that they never discussed with us. A standard drink is 30mls of alcohol, no less! Staff are only pleasant to deal with when you view the venue, pay your deposit and on the day. Every other time you speak to them for various details they are rude and talk to you as though you are wasting their time and have better things to do. Very very dissappointed with their service, especially when after bring all the issues to their attention, they have refunded my money for the spirits, but have in no way shape or form explained the errors nor apologise!

I cannot recommend the International of Brighton enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Only a few meetings to arrange and finalise details. Everything ran smoothly that we didn't have to worry about a thing on the night. The wait staff were very diligent in 'filling up glasses', food superb and the decor and presentation very classy.
