Our hunt for a photographer was slightly easier than most of the experiences I’ve read about. I guess because our shortlist was made up of photographers whose work we’d seen at other weddings.

Then we had the few that we’d seen at the Sydney Bridal Expo last year. Don’t get me wrong though. Finding the photographer was the easy part.

Deciding on what we were willing to fork out moneywise, was another thing altogether.  So we went through the list until we got to MMG Photo+Cinema.  We met with them at their Crows Nest office and were impressed, not only with the services they provided, but also with the friendliness

We also loved the “Trash the Dress” concept. Neither of us had ever heard of this before and we were both won over. So after about 3 hours of negotiating, Phuong and I signed on the dotted line & sealed the deal.

The video call from the MMG Photo+Cinema Director, Jay McNabb who was at the Pepper’s Creek office at the time, was a great way to end the meeting, his friendly message welcoming us to the MMG Family, further reassured us that we were in great hands.

They may cost abit more than we’d originally budgeted for, however we figured it was worth it considering the number of albums, photoshoots, the extra photographer we’d be getting and not forgetting the fact that we wanted them to cover 14 hours of our 16 hour wedding day. In our eyes it’ll be money well spent for a lifetime of memories.

Since then we’ve had the chance to work with them and I can say without a doubt that we made the right choice!

Our 2nd engagement shoot is right around the corner and boy are we looking forward to it!
