The results of our annual Australian wedding survey are out…
Thank you to the more than 2100 Australian brides who responded to Easy Weddings’ Annual Australian survey (2014), which provides the country’s biggest and most authoritative snapshot of the wedding industry – and, consequently, helps tens of thousands of brides to plan their own weddings.
You can read all the final results here, but among the highlights is the fact that Aussie brides are older, they overwhelmingly support gay marriage and they prefer to honeymoon in Europe. Oh, and the days of our parents paying for our weddings are long gone!
Most respondents also entered the draw to win a $100 gift voucher. The winners are: Aleesha R, Mountain Creek (QLD); Karley S, Maribyrnong (VIC); Kiah E, Bulima (QLD); Jacqueline V, Hampton Park (VIC) and Karlie O, whom we’re still waiting to hear from!
Happy wedding planning,
Team Easy Weddings
