Sydney chef Simon Sandall has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 35 years, across high profile restaurants in both Sydney and London. After managing the kitchens of Matt Moran's flagship ARIA, Simon established ARIA Catering, the resident caterer at The Sydney Opera House. in 2018, Simon opened Boronia Kitchen in Hunter's Hill and Boronia Catering is a natural extension of his passion for food and hospitality.
