Good morning, and congratulations on the upcoming wedding!
At most Hotel venues, the pricing will include tables and chairs, linen and tableware. This will generally be the standard Hotel function furniture, though many packages will include chair covers with sashes too.
If you want particular chairs or other furniture, you *may* have to pay to hire it separately. Some venues will have a decorating budget or credit in their packages which you could use for this, so keep an eye out for that in the packages you're looking at, and keep it on your list of questions to ask venues.
