We had our Wedding Ceremony under the Ancient Fig Trees and our Wedding Reception in the Pioneer Room at Old Petrie Town. We had 107 guests and nothing was too difficult for Helen, Pete, Renee and the team! We were very well looked after. Could not have had a more perfect event to celebrate our marriage! We had our wedding November of 2022 and held our reception in the pioneer room at Old Petrie Town Heritage Hotel and had an absolute blast! Helen was amazing throughout the planning process, the food was delicious, service amazing and most importantly everyone had such a fun time and still are talking about it months later! The venue was so beautiful and Helen and the rest of the staff put in so much work to make it exactly as we dreamt for it to be and were so great to have around! Yes, we do offer Bar Tabs where you can select your favoutire beers, wines and spirits.  Minium Spend is $20 per adult

Here in Queensland we are always a little open to sudden changes in the weather and we are always prepared.  We have 3 diffferent indoor locations to put your mind at ease.

Of course!  You are welcome to utilise our accessories and mix and match with yours.  We have a great range of colours which can be blended with yours. Our Reception spaces will be available for decorating from 9am on the day of your wedding.

Our chefs will always be as inclusive as possible with alternates to those with food allergies.  No additional cost!

We do have minium numbers and this depends on the Reception Space and day of the week.

This ranges from 30 during the week to 50 on Friday-Sunday.

A truly beautiful place to be married! We chose an outdoor wedding under the old Fig Trees; and a reception in the heritage hotel. The grounds of old Petrie town are a photographers dream.

We got an all inclusive package and it was so easy and awesome! We had great feedback from guests about the food and service. They even brought an esky down with drinks and food for our bridal party whilst we took photos.

Old Petrie Town is a beautiful historical village. We made use of the Fig Tree Grove and the room upstairs and had a vintage theme wedding that tied in perfectly with the theme of the place. We had a lactose and gluten free wedding which was catered for amazingly at a minor additional cost. The managers and staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that the day was perfect!

We chopped and changed what we wanted for our wedding and we are so glad we went with the The Heritage Hotel. Holly the coordinator was so helpful and the grounds were nicely kept. The food was delicious as well.

Old Petrie Town was a perfect venue for us. Easy to deal with. Ceremony was rustic feel under the 300 year old fig trees. Reception on site in the pioneer room was brilliant, we seated 100 people with room for a dance floor and all.
