Let's be real everyone is busy these days! So, there are real tangible benefits to hiring a wedding planner. A wedding planner can help you save time, stress and money when it comes to planning your event. While it seems like an easy task to take on, we promise you from experience - the stress is not worth it! A wedding planner will spend the time researching all the elements that goes into planning a special event as well as managing all external stakeholders
Absolutely you will! We work for you! You will always have the final say. Once we have met with you and we understand your vision and preferred style for your event we will then go and do all the research and administrative tasks for you. Before anything gets locked in we will come to you for approval.
Whilst it may certainly be tempting to get a family member, a bridesmaid or even yourself to handle the styling components of your event, there are real benefits to choosing to work with a stylist. A wedding and/or event stylist has expert knowledge of the events industry and design trends that they can bring to your event. Stylists have knowledge and can advise on how your vision can be created within your specific venue(s) whilst accommodating for weather and budget concerns. With key contacts.
No, all of our initial consultations are non-obligatory and are free of charge! After you submit your enquiry online, one of our staff will give you a call within 24 hours to take you through our services. If you wish to find out more about Fide Events and how we can help you, we will then arrange a virtual or in person consultation for us to get to know and understand you and your vision for your event.
This is totally up to you. We recommend getting in touch shortly after your engagement. This will allow us to scope out your dream venue and lock in availability (which is pretty tight at the moment!) as well as give us enough time to scope all details of your event. Having said that, if you have toyed with the idea for a while and decide to take on a stylist and/or planner much closer to your event, we can certainly work with you to create the vision you want and alleviate the final stress.
No, we cater for all wedding budgets. Please just note our starting fees which are included in our packages information.
