Most common question that is asked all over the world. For me I recommend keeping it simple and easy. I have a guest list helper in the Wedding planner i give to all Mr & Mrs to be! Make a Yes, a No & a maybe list of all the people you know! I would say If you have shared a meal or have laughed your lungs out to where you start wheezing then theyre definitely on your list! We share meals with people we enjoy and comfortable being around and we laugh with people who make your day abit more brighter.

Looking for guidance please on the most practical timelines, especially in relation to cake cutting and first dance. Our photographer and venue have very different run sheets, I haven't got the videographers yet! PHOTOSHOOT 330PM: bridal party photos at venue 420PM: Head to family home to photograph Bride and groom with horses 5PM Heads back to venue for photos on the grounds 512PM SUNSET 530PM: Head to reception venue RECEPTION 500PM: Room details 545PM: Bridal party enter reception 615PM: First speech – MOG FOG 620PM: Second speech – MOH 625PM: Third speech - Bridal Party 701PM: Cake cutting 705/710PM: Fourth speech –FOB 7:10/715PM Fifth Speech - BM 730PM: Sixth speech - couple 800PM: First dance 845PM: Photography to end

when it comes to time frames, always make sure that we are being realistic. Your time frame must be what you and your partner are able to follow without feeling exhausted. of course we need to make sure you both don't feel drained on your big day! So having a realistic timeframe will allow you and your partner to do what needs to be done but also be able to enjoy the big day together! 

I highly recommend this time line: 

3:30 pm - photo shoot of bridesmaids at the venue,

4:10 pm - head to family home for bride and groom photo shoot

4:40 pm - take a breather. 

4:50 pm - Head to grounds venue give yourself a bit more time in case. 
5:00 pm - 5:25 pm - Sunset (If any photos during sunset take them) more candid the better 

5:10 pm - Reception - Room Details 

5:45 pm - Bridal Party Enter

5:55 pm - Drinks and entrees served. 
6:10 pm (give yourselves enough time for everyone to get their drinks and entrees) - Mother of Groom and Father of Groom Speeches. 
6:20 pm - MOH speech

6:25 pm - bridal Party speech 

6:40 pm - DINNER is served 

7:20 pm - Mother and Father of Bride Speech.

7:35 pm - Bride & Groom speech! Your loved ones want to hear from the newly weds!
7:45 pm - Cake Cutting

7:50 pm - First Dance, this is the moment when you truly realise that you both can finally look at each other and understand the commitment and heart felt love that everyone has for you. It's a special moment that will live on in your minds. So take it slow and have fun ???? 

7:55pm - cake is served! 
8:00 pm - 8:45 pm It's time to hit the dance floor with everyone! Photographers last 45 minutes to capture the candid moments of everyone! 

keep in mind to always take a break when ever you need to. Breathe . You got this & don't forget this day if for the both of you & you must enjoy it too! There will be laughter, tears, heartfelt moments. Make sure take it all in, you have created your dream day.
