Hi! My name is Kaesy and I am the owner of Perfectly Planned Weddings! I am a Wife, Mum, Planning Addict, Detail Obsessor & Wedding freak! We are a family-owned business with a close-knit team of talented, hard-working, and committed individuals. Yes, our styling collaboration service involves us carefully collaborating with you to help you bring your vision to life or create a vision if you don't yet have one. After careful consultation with you we can provide you with tips and ideas, create a personalised mood board and use our local knowledge to source wonderful suppliers to bring your wedding to life. We do not offer a seperate styling package at this stage, our styling collaboration service is built into our current planning packages.
Although hiring a wedding planner does entail a fee, often couples save money in the long run as we have access to a multitude of vendors and suppliers that have a range of different price points. We also have the knowledge and some handy tricks on how couples can save money on their wedding without compromising on effect. We have also tried to keep our prices very affordable so that more couples can enjoy the many benefits of having a wedding planner and coordinator for there wedding journey. We have also made most of our prices visible online so that you are aware of your investment. (Again we want more love less stress!)
Ideally as soon as possible! Dates get booked out so quickly so the sooner you book the better and it often allows more time and more options with vendors and suppliers.

Yes! Although some venues do have a wedding coordinator they often provide a standardised service offered by the venue and in many cases they do not offer a lot of the services that a dedicated wedding planner & co-ordinator does. In hiring a coordinator and professional wedding planning services we will be able to work together to make sure that your day is exactly how you want it and everything planned is in your best interest!
