We are legally only allowed to serve alcohol from the Moo Bee Van. This is great for you as your guests are forced to leave their table and mingle with other guests. Our staff will rove around, pick up empty glasses and bottles.
We definitely can provide waitstaff service as an extra charge. This is recommended specially when couples buy Food & drinks packages as the waitstaff can offer the tapas around while guests are getting their drinks from the Van.
Moo Bee caravan is approximately 2.5m high, 2m wide and 4.5m long. This is including the drawbar.
We love to get out and about, so if you need us it’s not a problem. 50km from Fairfield is free of charge, anything beyond is $1 per/km, you let us know where you are, and we will get it there!
Ideally we need 1 x 10amp for the caravan. We have leads up to 20m long. If leads are obstructing a public space, client needs to issue mats over leads for safety purposes. We would love some water access but not a huge deal if we don’t as we have our own water drums.
We have a generator that can power the caravans’ fridges, hot water and lights. It’s $25/ph which will need to include 2 hour set up + service time.
