About

Owner Chef Min Kim was born in South Korea. In Korea, he worked at various modern Asian cuisines, where he perfected the skills of Asians. Min moved to Australia in 2013 and trained in modern Australian and Asian restaurants and cafe around Sydney. He then got the opportunity to work alongside award-winning chefs, He also worked big hospo group, where he learned French cooking techniques and Modern Australian cuisine with management and leadership
