Hi,

I do make Gluten Free Cakes, I am coeliac myself.  My wedding cake was gf and there was not a crumb left.  I am more than happy to do a tasting for you.  I do my gf as mud cakes, this keeps the cake nice and moist with no change to the flavour.

I would recommend ordering a standard cake for the main wedding cake and a seperate kitchen cake for those who have a gluten intolerance.

We specialise in dietary requirement custom cakes and desserts and have a HUGE range of flavours! If you read our customer reviews many say that their guests couldn’t even tell the cake was gluten free! Please feel free to get in touch and we can set up a consult and tasting :)

No, that should not be a problem,  I have a recipe for gluten free chocolate cake which is made without flourand both Ceoliac and non coeliac people enjoy it greatly, I am Coeliac myself.

I also do other flavours than chocolate and my experience is that the guests don't notice the difference.

Kind regards, and good luck.

I have made many Gluten free cakes where that is the only cake available and no one has realised that they were eating Gluten Free. If the cakes are made properly and taste good then nobody needs to know!

Gluten free cakes can be just as tasty as their glutenous counterparts. If you are concerned that people won't eat the cake knowing it is 'gluten free' you could have one tier gluten free + the others normal or the other way around. I make both options and as the other responders have mentioned, there is no difference in taste/appearance.

Hope that helps!

I currently have a bride whereby her sister is can only have GF food and she is her bridesmaid. So in order for her sister not to miss out, while the actual wedding cake will be of a regualar recipe, she has opted to get 12 GF cupcakes to compliment the wedding cake design and therefore her sister will get to have some cake on the night.

Hello thank you for your questions.  I have not actually had anyone who has not eaten a donut or cake because it is gluten free.  There is virtually no difference in the taste or appearance and to quite honest if you dont tell them it is gluten free they wont know.  I would however also have a non-gluten free option as well in case people wish to have an alternative.
