Originally known as Sweet Treats by Jessie, Jessie & Co has undergone major changes in the short time since origin.

Yes, all our cakes, cookies, and treats are made from scratch with real ingredients such as butter, free range eggs, organic products and natural flavourings.
Yes, we have gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free options for custom cakes. Let us know about any other allergy concerns you may have. Please note that while we do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all our products are baked in an environment where wheat, dairy and nuts are present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at all our baking facilities, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts or dairy.
Yes, my mini meringues, macaroons, lemon meringue tarts and choc and caramel tarts, caramel popcorn, Turkish delight, marshmallows are gluten-free.
Yes, I deliver in the Gympie area for free all other areas such as Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Maryabough all will incur a delivery fee depending on the distance.
No, that will dry them out. I specialize in old-fashioned baking, I make everything from scratch and baked as ordered. I am using only the finest ingredients. Our product is made without preservatives and should be enjoyed on the day received. When you receive your custom order, you will receive a special cake care card personized for your order.
Our main flavours currently include: Fresh Vanilla Bean White chocolate mud cake, Chocolate Buttermilk cake, Orange and almond, Orange & White Chocolate mud cake, Carrot cake, Lemon and Raspberry cake, Strawberry mud cake, Caramel mud cake, Dark choc mint mud cake, Chocolate cherry mud cake, Raspberry and white chocolate cake, Red Velvet cake, Banana cake, Black Forest cake. I layer all my cakes with my Delicious Fresh vanilla bean Italian meringue buttercream which can be flavoured and coloured to anything you like. I happy to create any flavour combinations you desire! My cake menu is constantly changing and evolving as all my recipes are my very own my cake menu is seasonal however one constant is that all my cakes are made from scratch using the finest possible ingredients available.
For custom cake orders, the earlier the better! As soon as yo have the date get booked in. I am a small boutique cake studio and complete a limited number of cakes per week, meaning during peak seasons I can book out far in advance. I will however do our best to accommodate you’re order.
