• Trained baker. Owner of Berry and Maple, Tammy Cole, started her pastry apprenticeship as soon as she finished high school. Since then, Tammy has been designing and baking delicious cakes for special occasions - it’s safe to say she’s perfected the art of cake decorating!
• Experienced cake designer. Tammy has more than 15 years experience as a cake baker and designer. And over this time she has learned many methods and tricks to create the perfect wedding cake.  
• Custom design. Tammy creates bespoke wedding cakes that are unique and representative of each couple’s wedding style and colour theme. She can certainly use colour, patterns, textures, and decorations to design a custom wedding cake that you love. From fresh florals to wafer paper sails
• Many flavours. Now it’s time for the hard part: Choosing flavours for each tier of your cake. Choose from flavors like vanilla raspberry sponge, lemon curd and vanilla buttercream or an apple pie inspired cake Whatever you decide, you can bet it will be utterly delicious.

Here’s what else you need to know about Berry and Maple.

• Latest techniques. Tammy has spent years learning about different methods and techniques, and she never stops learning, always keeping her mind open and trying new ideas. This is how you know you’ll be receiving a cake made with the latest techniques.
• Buttercream filling. I think we can all agree that buttercream is absolutely delicious. Luckily, Tammy uses swiss meringue buttercream for that silky smooth texture.
• Cupcakes, cookies, geo hearts and more. If your wanting to add something a little bit more then she has you covered. Why not get some cookies with your last name and wedding date embossed on them? or individully boxed, mousse fillled chocolate geo hearts. They’ll make perfect wedding favours.
• Passion. Tammy has always been incredibly passionate about cake decorating - she loves it, even going so far as to refer to her beautiful cakes as edible art. Hence why she began learning about cake design as soon as she was out of high school. You’ll love working with this enthusiastic, experienced cake designer!
