Jessie is a creative, energetic and fun celebrant who will take the time to listen to you throughout the process and create a ceremony that flows well, engages your friends and family, and expresses what it is that makes your bond so special.
The devil is in the detail: with a background as an artist and actor, Jessie realises how important it is that your service is unique and distinguished by fresh ideas. Jessie will deliver you a heartfelt, fuss-free ceremony executed with the ultimate in professionalism – with your own stamp firmly upon it.
In addition to wedding ceremonies, Jessie performs naming ceremonies, commitment ceremonies and renewal of vows and rites-of-passage events such as coming of age ceremonies.
“My aim is to craft a ceremony that is beautiful, expresses what it is that makes your bond so special and engages your family and friends.” Every ceremony I create is individually written and designed to tell your story. All clients receive my 70 page booklet titled ‘Your Wedding.’ This booklet is a gift from me to help you select the details that will make your ceremony unique. It contains poems, readings and useful information to help personalise your wedding event. I promise to not only draw on my wealth of experience, but to give you my full attention at every stage.”

Jessie is a rare gem. She is young and gorgeous and made our ceremony so perfectly us! We knew we were in great hands and trusted her to lead us through the most exciting and emotional half an hour of our lives! We spend quite a lot of time meeting with different celebrants as it was important to us to find someone we felt really comfortable with. First of all, Jessie is such a lovely person and so easy to talk to. She is confident and has a great personality, but is also very thoughtful, warm and kind. She really wanted to spend time getting to know us and our relationship, in order to really personalise the ceremony just for us. Jessie made sure we had loads of information to help us with our vows/readings etc and ensured all of the paperwork we needed to complete was submitted on time. She also spent a lot of time with us to ensure we were comfortable with the flow of the ceremony and what needed to happen. She even ran through a mock ceremony with us even before we had booked with her. We had two meetings and then a phone catch up the day before for a final run through (Jessie offered to do a full rehearsal at our ceremony site but we decided not to do this). From the first meeting we felt 100% confident in Jessie’s services and she even went so far as to ask us what we would prefer her to wear on the day (she looked beautiful by the way). We had so many comments about what a wonderful celebrant she was and how beautiful and original our ceremony was. We would most definitely recommend Jessie to anyone and couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant for our special day.
