Our turnaround time states two months, but currently, we average a 2-4 weeks turnaround time.
-Our cinematic 3-5 min highlight film, 10-12 min short film, and 15-20 min feature film are all set to music. This is the style of films you see in our film gallery. With these films, we pick the best moments of the day to tell a cinematic story. We’ll use some speeches and vows to narrate the story, but only the juicy stuff. These are the films you will share constantly with family and friends. This is our top offer.
-Our “Full-Length Video” edits are documentary-style edits. These edits are straightforward edits of the events. We cut between each appropriate camera angle and use all of the natural audio for the ceremony and speeches. These edits are great for watching the event in its full nature just how it happened. This is a live edit of the full day, getting ready, ceremony, speeches, grand entrance, formal dances, cake cutting, and bouquet/garter.
Yes. All of the packages on our website are customizable. For example, you can choose our classic package, but add-on the live ceremony and speech edits as separate videos.
We normally arrive at least an hour ahead of time on the day of the actual event. This gives us time to scout out great filming areas and become familiar with the grounds.
One videographer can control 2-3 cameras, but we normally shoot with two videographers and we use 3-4 cameras for the ceremony and reception. This allows us to get more angles and make more dynamic footage. We shoot with Sony A7 cameras that shoot in full 1080p and 4k.
In order to book us, we require $200 deposit to reserve the date. The balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding.
Yes. Raw footage is available for sale up to 90 days after the wedding.
Yes. We work much better when we’re fed a hot meal.

You can expect to receive your wedding video back within 2-4 weeks. Our team at Vortex Production works diligently to ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality and attention to detail. However, please keep in mind that in some cases, the editing process might take a bit longer, and it could take up to two months. Rest assured, we will communicate with you throughout the process and keep you updated on the progress to deliver a beautiful video that you'll treasure forever.
How long does it take to get your wedding video back?
Wondering how long it usually takes to get the final wedding video back? We are going on our honeymoon for a month straight after our wedding. What decisions do we need to factor in? We're planning to have a viewing party with some loved ones who can't be there on the day.

The final long, full-length version video and highlight video will be delivered in 2-4 weeks no matter which season it is. When we finish filming, we copy our cards from our four cameras and start the editing process the next day. We are the main editors with experience of more than 10 years. This is our family business and it is the only thing we know how to do best.
