OVERVIEW

The majestic Murray River is one of Australia’s iconic landmarks, dividing Victoria and New South Wales. Sitting on the banks of the NSW side is Perricoota Station, a stunning rustic wedding venue that boasts spectacular views of the river. For couples who want to get ready on-site, Perricoota Station in Moama offers boutique accommodation perfect for the couple and the wedding party.

With Murray River frontage and a relaxed rustic-chic atmosphere, Perricoota Station is the perfect venue for couples looking for a down to earth Australian wedding. Natural elements are the heroes of this venue inside and out; the incomparable river views make the ideal ceremony backdrop, whilst the indoors showcases natural timber and native flora.

The ceremony location sets your vows on the banks of the Murray. A red or white carpet cuts through the white garden chairs where you and your partner meet under a wooden arbour. After the ceremony, your reception venue is only steps away. The historic Packing Shed comfortably seats up to 200 guests and is mere metres from the waterfront. From their large deck, your guests will have access to stunning views out over the river and the surrounding Australian bushland, featuring iconic redgums.

Catering is a breeze at Perricoota Station in Moama, and couples have their choice of a cocktail-style or sit down reception. Their menu is a blend of Australian and European cuisines, using quality ingredients and catering for dietary preferences where possible. They also offer a children’s menu for kids under 12 years. The cocktail menu starts from $66pp, and their seated menu starts from $75pp.

“Absolutely beautiful venue! We had our ceremony out on the lawn in front of the Murray River and the reception in the Packing Shed. We also had a group of us staying at their homestead. So convenient having everything thing together.” Brooke Z

Mel at Perricoota station made planning our wedding a breeze! Nothing was a problem for her and she set up all our decorations for us, making the day before/of the wedding completely stress free. The venue was amazing on the night with excellent waiting staff and plenty of food for a cocktail wedding

Melissa, Dean and the staff at Perricoota Station are absolutely amazing, nothing was too hard and every effort was made to make our day as fantastic as possible. We cannot fault them. The food was great and not only is the scenery beautiful but the venue itself is breath taking. Throughout our extended wedding process (thanks COVID) Mel was so accommodating, genuine, reliable and reassuring. She is a very responsive vendor and so down to earth, we felt that we had a true connection with Mel and will be going back for a meal or two whenever possible. We seriously can not recommend them enough. We will be forever grateful. Do yourself a favour and get married at PERRICOOTA STATION!! you won't regret it.

It is such a lovely and stunning venue. We had money on the bar as a tab and unfortunately did not get back what was remaining which was sad as it was from $1000-$2000 from memory so just look at fine print and put on small amounts at a time

Food and venue was great. Although we had mentioned that we had a large number of guests who would want to drink spirits and unfortunately they ran out of spirits on the night which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a good experience.
