Here's what we cover:

• Unlimited face-to-face meetings with your wedding coordinator as required
• Unlimited emails, phone and Skype calls with your wedding coordinator as required
• Sourcing of wedding ceremony and reception venues
• Site inspection to confirmed venue locations
• Sourcing of all wedding suppliers required e.g. photographer, videographer, entertainment, AV, transport, stationary, cake, dress etc.
• Scheduling of appointments for consultations required with suppliers
• Management of requirements, contracts and payments for all suppliers
• Creating a style and decorative concept for your wedding day including e.g. flowers, candles, table wear, linen, draping, lighting, lounges, stationary, cake etc.
• Table mock-up to confirm the table styling (florals are charged at an additional cost)
• Itemised costing for all services organised and updates as required
• Development of a wedding day schedule
• Development of a production schedule and distribution to all suppliers
• Attendance and supervision at ceremony rehearsal (if required)
• Coordination of all suppliers during set-up on the wedding day
• Attendance to the menu tasting (if required)
• Attendance to final dress fitting (if required)
• RSVP management of invitations
• Attendance and supervision on the wedding day from the ceremony up until first dance (additional hours can be added)

Our Premium Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Platinum Package. This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way. This package generally starts from a month out from the wedding date.

We provide the perfect solution by offering you your very own experienced and professional Wedding Day Coordinator! Your wedding coordinator will liaise with your suppliers in the lead up and on the wedding day to ensure a seamless process and will personally guide you through the most important moments of your special day!

Here’s what we cover:

• 2 meetings to develop a wedding day schedule
• Unlimited emails, phone and Skype calls with your wedding coordinator as required
• Development of a production schedule and distribution to all suppliers
• Attendance and supervision at ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)
• Attendance and supervision on the wedding day for 8 consecutive hours (additional hours can be added)

Creative Event Planners can act as your wedding stylist to work on all the decorative aspects of your wedding and collaborate with you to design a look and feel that is uniquely yours! You decide on how much or how little decorative assistance you require. We can take an empty shell and transform it with colour, flowers, lighting, draping, specialty linens, centrepieces, candlelight, chandeliers, chic lounge settings and more – this is your time to shine and we will ensure that your celebration will be unforgettable.

• 2-4 meetings to establish a concept for the styling and decorative aspects of the wedding ceremony and reception
• Unlimited emails, phone and Skype calls with your wedding stylist as required
• Sourcing of all decorative suppliers to provide products and services required
• Management of requirements, contracts and payments of all decorative suppliers
• Table mock-up to confirm the table styling (florals are charged at an additional cost)
• Itemised costings and updates as required for all decorative elements
• Coordination of decorative suppliers during set-up/pack-down on the wedding day

This popular service is a combination of the ‘Styling and Decorative Package’ partnered with the ‘Wedding Day Co-ordinator Package’ which is an efficient combination for couples that require us to assist them with all the decorative and styling elements of the wedding and then follow through with liaising with your suppliers in the lead up to establish a wedding day schedule to ensure a seamless process to personally guide you through the most important moments of your special day! You can truly relax and enjoy your day knowing that it not only will look amazing but will run well from start to finish.
