About

Crystal has been planning children's parties since her son's first birthday, (he is 19 now). She has had a passion for planning and styling. When Crystal got engaged in 2012, she couldn’t wait to start planning, working hard to make her wedding one that absolute dreams are made of. With the perfect mix of event planning, styling and coordination, the day went off without a hitch, and she quickly realised she wanted to do more. Creative Event Planners launched in May 2013!

Our platinum wedding planning and coordination service is our most popular package, and for good reason. Logistics and style are key to the perfect wedding day, and our comprehensive planning process ensures that every element is thoughtfully covered and exceptionally communicated. That way, you’re free to enjoy every moment of your wedding day.

Here's what we cover:

  • Unlimited face-to-face meetings with your wedding coordinator as required
  • Unlimited emails, phone and Skype calls with your wedding coordinator as required
  • Sourcing of wedding ceremony and reception venues
  • Site inspection to confirmed venue locations
  • Sourcing of all wedding suppliers required e.g. photographer, videographer, entertainment, AV, transport, stationary, cake, dress etc.
  • Scheduling of appointments for consultations required with suppliers
  • Management of requirements, contracts and payments for all suppliers
  • Creating a style and decorative concept for your wedding day including e.g. flowers, candles, table wear, linen, draping, lighting, lounges, stationary, cake etc.
  • Table mock-up to confirm the table styling (florals are charged at an additional cost)
  • Itemised costing for all services organised and updates as required
  • Development of a wedding day schedule
  • Development of a production schedule and distribution to all suppliers

We can take an empty shell and transform it with colour, flowers, lighting, draping, specialty linens, centrepieces, candlelight, chandeliers, chic lounge settings and more – this is your time to shine and we will ensure that your celebration will be unforgettable.

  • Unlimited emails, phone and Skype calls with your wedding stylist as required

Planning a wedding can be a confronting and stressful experience. It can be a case of juggling a lot of different priorities, not only in your personal life but meeting requests from family especially can be challenging. A wedding planner is not only a great objective reference point for you to help bring your plans and ideas to life, but because we have done it before – we can hit the ground running with what you need and deliver every efficiency in getting our job done. This essentially saves you time, money, and gives you a great sense of feeling in control in the lead up to the wedding day. Our wedding planners can take on as little or as much planning as your life demands

We are up front with all of our planning costs. Each planning package is a fixed price so there are no hidden surprises. Our packages start at $250 up to $3000 based on up to 100 guests

We can assist with any event, ask for our help with anniversaries, baby showers, birthdays, bridal events, engagement parties, holiday parties, dinner parties, LGBT weddings, commitment ceremonies and more. Any Event that you celebrate we are happy to assist.

Many couples hire us purely for the peace of mind it brings. Not having to burden or rely on family and friends is a magical and liberating feeling! You can engage us at any stage of the planning process. If you have already started planning your wedding and have hired your own vendors, we are happy to work with them. If you’d like a hand sourcing vendors we can assist with that as well. Or if you’d like to hire all your own suppliers and hire us just for on the day coordination, we have a range of plans to suit your needs.

Payments on most of our plans include two equal instalments, one upon booking and the other two weeks prior. However we can be very flexible to suit your needs, please let us know at time of booking.

Creative Event Planners has been operating since 2015, although our Chief planner has been planning family parties for over 19 years.
