Creating the perfect jaffle for your wedding day! In 2017, Melbourne Football Club ruckman Max Gawn had an idea to start a food truck that hones in on his love of bloody good coffee and humble, real food. What started as a little thought grew into searching for a vehicle and dreaming to purchasing a 1979 Ford F100 to restore and fit out into a food truck.
The almighty jaffle, a staple of many 90's kids upbringing. That's what we're all about!
Showcasing the best ingredients from super local sources The Bearded Jaffle cater for all different sorts of functions. Whether it be a large scale music festival, food truck event, birthday, corporate lunches, gigs, a community gathering or YOUR WEDDING!
With flexibility to suit any event and vegan options available, we’re sure we'll be able to tailor something to suit.
Some of our favourite savoury Jaffles:
*The O.G. - Ham of the bone, tasty cheese, mozzarella cheese, housemade tomato relish.
*The Angus - Pastrami, cheddar cheese, sweet baby rays bbq sauce, mustard, dill pickle.
*Parma Rama - Doritos crumbed popcorn chicken, relish, parmesan, mozzarella, ham & had cut potato crisps.
*Spag Bol (V) - Plant based mince, organic spaghetti, housemade bolognese sauce, dairy-free cheese

*Oreo S'more - Oreo, chocolate fudge, marshmallow, raspberry jam in brioche with whipped cream.
*The Jaffa - Pan fried sweet ricotta gnocchi, fresh orange, chocolate fudge, salted caramel in brioche.
*Apple Pie - Southern baked apples, spices, custard, crunchy peanut butter in fruit load with whipped cream.
*Date Me - Sticky date pudding,
salted caramel in brioche with whipped cream.
