I have worked in hospitality for 15 years and have had the privelege to work in some of the best and finest restaurants and hotels in Australia. Big flavours is not only a catering company but a dream come true where everyone involved puts their heart and soul into creating memorable experiences for our guests. I am a chef by profession and my quest to provide people fine Australian cuisine in the comfort of their surroundings has lead me to Big Flavours.

Sam at Big Flavours Catering was amazing to deal with. Not only did he and his team produce the most delicious dishes, but they also incorporated the Colombian food that we asked for.
