Our Chef at TheArtOfBaking is specialized in French Patisserie producing elegant cakes, desserts for all occasions.
We are based in Queanbeyan, All our cakes are baked fresh from the beginning using quality based products without compromising on the quality, quantity and the appearance. We use natural flavors in all our cake products and absolutely try to limit artificial flavoring unless absolutely required. For all the flavor based cakes and desserts we use fresh or frozen dried fruits.
Our consultations are by appointment and we encourage our bridal couple to meet our chef to discuss every detail of the cake and it’s complimentary. We will be with you throughout the process from the day of the consultation until we deliver the cake on your special day.

Rejeesh is specialized in French patisserie and worked with International 5* hotels like Hyatt for over a decade. He is dedicated to his profession; trying our new ways of presenting his various desserts, new cake designs and satisfying the clientele with various requests. He was short-listed among 150 nominees for Caterer Awards 2016 under the category of Pastry Chef. He took 4th place in 2016.
