Benjamin Turner, the Director of La Sable Patisserie, has had over eight years of Pastry Chef experience.

His passion for cake making began in 2006 and he has worked in some of the best bakeries and patisseries in NSW and the ACT.

Benjamin has also been entered into multiple baking shows around the country and has won awards in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 for his recognised baking skills.
