A7: I provide a private and confidential environment for discussions, regularly update computer security measures, and securely store hard copy documentation.

A8: I ensure clients have access to their information upon request.

A9: I request a non-refundable deposit of $100 for booking confirmation, with the full balance due 14 days before the ceremony.

A10: I offer a full refund within 14 days of notification for cancellations made 60 days prior to the ceremony, a 50% refund for cancellations between 59 and 30 days, and no refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior.

A11: I securely store hard copy documentation, ensure digital security, destroy documents after six years, and have a plan for the handling of records in the event of resignation, retirement, or death.

A12: I regularly check and maintain PA systems, back-up equipment, stationery, electronic devices, and ensure clients bear financial responsibility for any damage to equipment during the ceremony.

A13: I ensure all marriage forms are up-to-date, purchase necessary stationery from authorized sources, conduct regular stocktakes, and promptly address any notifications of changes from the Attorney General's Department.

A14: I maintain open communication with vendors, sharing necessary information and ensuring a cohesive collaboration for a seamless wedding experience.

A15: I work closely with couples to understand their preferences, offering guidance and creative input to craft a personalised ceremony that reflects their individuality.

A16: I have contingency plans for unforeseen events, ensuring I can adapt to unexpected changes while prioritising the smooth execution of the ceremony.

A18: I conduct post-ceremony follow-ups to gather feedback, address any concerns, and ensure the overall satisfaction of the newlyweds with the celebratory experience.
