Why hello there! Thanks for visiting my page. I love working with couples who walk to the beat of their own drum. My motto is simple: 'Every ceremony should be unforgettable, completely unique, and all about you.' I've officiated over 500 weddings which means I have plenty of experience to share with you. The Marriage Act 1961 says you must complete a Notice of Intended Marriage one month prior to your proposed wedding date.
Usually, I do it, through my PA using an iPod! I press all the buttons, time it perfectly for you and fade it out so it sounds great. Now you don’t have to ask your cousin to do it (no one likes that job). Also, my PA has a handheld wireless microphone that I use for your ceremony so that everyone can hear me and you.
YES! I am and always have been 100% supportive of same-sex marriage, or as I'd like to call it now....'MARRIAGE!'. I've conducted many commitment ceremonies in the past; however, I am so pleased that the law has now been changed and I can conduct legal marriages for same-sex clients.
Don't worry the show will go on! To make sure there is minimal disruption for you and your guests, we always make an extreme weather plan before the ceremony, just in case! Extreme weather includes hot weather, rain, flooding or bushfires. We’ll all be clear on plan B prior to the ceremony so that if we need to make a change we can do it smoothly and carry on without too much disruption. I promise.

You will need to make sure there are two witnesses to watch the ceremony and witness your certificates on the day. They must be over 18 years of age.
If and only if I am hospitalised (don’t worry I’m pretty healthy!), I will arrange a replacement Commonwealth Registered Celebrant to conduct the ceremony. Unless this is the case I will be at your ceremony! It is highly unlikely this will ever happen, but it’s always best to share the backup plan.
That may be because I moonlight as a singer-songwriter around the traps…...
