Peppers Calstock is a charming setting for romantic ceremonies and receptions. Choose between our lush gardens, under the verandah or in the majestic dining room, for a maximum of 20 people.

As one of Tasmania’s oldest Manors, the 19th century Georgian mansion is a stunning example of Tasmania’s pioneering history retaining many original features including marble fireplaces, high ceilings with decorative architraves and cedar floors.

For your dining experience, we offer exquisite seasonal menus with a distinctive flavour, and also provide your wedding party with an extensive Australian and international wine list.

Our retreat features nine guest rooms, each offering a world of style and individuality and, if you choose to hold your reception with us, we require the entire retreat to be booked exclusively so as to allow your celebrations to be intimate and memorable.
