At the centre is the magnificent heritage listed Shafston House which was built in 1851.

Shafston House is a heritage listed colonial home registered as part of the National Estate.  Landscaped gardens and lawns and a sandstone outdoor terrace offer stunning views of the Brisbane River.

A ceremonial gazebo located in private surrounds is the elegant, romantic and perfect setting for any ceremony.

The historic grounds boast several locations that would provide many unique photo opportunities to grace the pages of your wedding album.
