Chef / Caterer Michael Frost co-owner/operator of Brisbane based Ascot Catering. Michael leads a team of caterers who have been catering in Brisbane since 1991 for both small corporate functions and weddings, including 5 course boardroom luncheons and wedding packages for up to 2000 people.
Chef Frost has worked in some of the most famous hotels in Europe including: • Claridge’s, London • Savoy, London • Relais Carre D’Or, Paris • Le Petit Nice, Marseilles • Kastens Luisenhof, Hanover.
Ascot Catering can cater to suit every occasion and style. Our menus are designed around the seasons and change regularly to maintain freshness by using the best, seasonal market ingredients available.
Ascot Catering can provide for your wedding canapés to suit every occasion and budget. Our selection of canapés are designed seasonally to ensure the best possible produce the market can offer.
