The hotel itself was beautiful. We did have a couple problems-we had booked many months in advance so they had plenty of time/warning to accommodate our requests, and most of our guests stayed there to. The lady on the front counter was a little short to us- nearly rude.

Heather did a wonderful job on our cake, it looked beautiful! and tasted fantastic. The price was very reasonable to. Heather definately listened to what we wanted and she done such a wonderful job we would highlt recommend her to anyone wanting value for money.

Jason was very professional, but easy going at the same time. He even held my train off the ground so it wouldn't get dirty. He held our drinks and flowers when we were busy. The vehicle was beautiful, clean and tidy. Excellent service and value.

They done a fantastic job with our flowers and were quite cheap compared to other florists in the same area and free delivery. Glenda was helpful when we were deciding what we wanted and had some beautiful ideas. We highly recommend .

Sarah did an amazing job with all our hair and makeup! She was lovely and friendly and listened to what we wanted. We didn't need to alter our trials at all. She was punctual on the day and was finished on time.
