Staff were accommodating (generally and especially with food intolerances) & unobtrusive. A nice touch was that they moved our welcome package (gourmet chocolates, champagne on ice) to our second night due to our late arrival. Superb facilities in great location. Buffet breakfasts were a highlight!

Thoroughly prepared & very pleasant to deal with. Did very well to make photo sessions an enjoyable part of the day rather than something to be endured. Paul was creative, efficient and unobtrusive in taking a variety of natural shots & did a fantastic job preparing our album & portrait photos.
