Hitomi's attention to detail rivalled that of anyone I've met. She listened to my ideas and suggested how we could make them perfect. She went above and eyond after learning my theme was crystals and added crystals through mine and my bridesmaids bouquet. Perfect

I could not have got through my day without Jules. I had no idea what I wanted and she was happy to spend as much time as I needed to work out what would suit my dress, face and what I'd feel comfortable in. Hair and make-up was PERFECT!

There is not enough space to talk about how good Stacey and the team were at SYC. Stacey is the best wedding coordinator I've ever met, and I'm an events planner. She is so on top of her game and so proactive. I would recommend her above anyone else.

Coastline weddings promised to deliver our wedding DVD within 6 - 8 weeks. We chose them as we had a sick relative that couldn't attend and we wanted them to be able to see our special day. After no communication I had to google them again because their number went out of service. It is over 6 months after our wedding and still no DVD. What makes it worse is that I've been told it is being "sent this week" for the last 3 months. The family member I wanted to see the video has now passed away, making it all the more sad. As a bride/newlywed this should be a really happy time. You shouldn't have to constantly worry about something like this. I would definitely suggest finding anyone else to do your video. It's not worth the hassle.
