Little disappointed by the girls that worked in this store. I organised the dresses and shoes at full price and did request for additional material (same as the dress) in order to make the guys ties and ensure they match. They never called back and never followed it up. I had to buy another dress (thankfully discounted) in order to make the ties. Considering I had bought so much, it would have been nice if they cared a little bit more. But the dresses were AMAZING and looked fabulous in the photo's (with minimum alterations required).

ABSOLUTELY fabulous company who really do think of all the little things on the day. The girls had overcoats when it became a little chilly, there were drinks & nibblies provided, and even champayne! The guys did everything to help you out and make you feel special. Our main car also included our own personalised ribbons with our actual names which was a lovely touch. Absolutely 5 star service and would happily recommend John Gordon and his team to any couple getting married.

I was absolutely delighted with the dress I picked from BOM. The lady knew exactly what dress would suit my body and helped to find all the right accessories to match. The only disappointing thing was that weeks before the wedding, I really struggled to get a firm ETA for when the dress would arrive. I kept calling and never got a firm answer until 2 weeks before the wedding. It wasn't until then that I relaxed but it was very frustrating and made me feel anxious not knowing if the dress would be ready in time. Considering these guys are professionals, I expected alot more from BOM. Apart from that, everything else was perfect!

Highly recommend Elio Rulli from Studiohouse photography. Fabulous photographer who took amazing photo's that we will treasure for a very long time. There were no chessy shots, just classic photo's that will never date. The locations were local, so there was no stress and Elio made every effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Definately worth considering!

Highly recommend to couples who haven't fully furnished their homes. But be sure to look at different stores because each stock different items. We found that Myer Chadstone had the biggest selection.

Great comfortable shoes that looked amazing at a reasonable price. No need to spend so much on a pair of shoes, Wittner have a great selection incl. matching accessories at a fraction of the costs of some of the specialised wedding places!

Could not fault this place at all. These guys are just fantastic and even accomodated some very last min guest changes. Everyone commented on how great the food and venue was and it looked amazing in black with square tables. The Victoria Room was perfect and felt intimate enough for the number of guests that we had. Domenic and his team really understood what we wanted for our wedding and did not disappoint. A++++.
