Service was not genuine and they offered no guidance as to the size to order. We felt "irrelevant" as we were only buying a flowergirl dress. We ordered our flowergirl's everyday size but it was too big. Their alteration fees were ridiculous, so we had a friend alter it!

Very keen to help and offer suggestions. Lots of suggestions, some that we had not thought of, some less than our budget and some slightly above, but each time meeting at least one of our criteria, be it budget or destination.

Friendly service all 'round and just so perfect in every way - a little (big) hideaway in the middle of the Yarra Valley. The room with the bath was just what we needed at the end of a long day. Breakfast was also divine!

We hired white folding chairs for the ceremony - they were plastic and much cheaper, but had the same visual effect as the expensive timber folding chairs that other companies have.

Absolutely stunning - although not much communication to begin with - she pulled it off! Apparently there was issues with the late delivery of the artificial David Austen Roses. Everyone commented on how impressed they were that the girls' could keep their artificial bouquets as another memento.

Our "Platinum" DJ was professionally presented. Our friend was MC and our guests created the songlist from the website prior to the wedding. With 14 hours worth of songs on our songlist, he hardly had any direction in the end! And the cordless mic kept making "banging" noises.
