Summary: bomboniere ordered & money paid; confirmation of order received; found out that order would be arriving AFTER wedding (even tho wedding date stated on order form). Decided that I would simply have to give them out later on. Then found out Pink Frosting had never ordered them in the first place! Bitterly disappointed. Don't want to give one star, but can't submit without filling in at least one star.

Extremely happy from initial meeting with Jeff right through to the end of ceremony and receiving a beautifully presented booklet containing our vows, copies of the readings and pages to write our guests' names in. He puts people at ease, is professional and very good at his job and has a lovely sense of humour. Highly recommend.

Excellent. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is simply that I had to chase up and confirm that the cake would indeed be delivered at the right place and time (as I had not heard from them), whereas I assumed the company would do the courtesy call to me.
