How far in advance should we start planning our wedding?

We recommend 12-18 months to enjoy the journey, however due to our expertise, we can pull together events within weeks.

What is the difference between a Stylist and a Planner?

Experience the perfect synergy of a stylist and a wedding planner, the ultimate dynamic duo, working in harmony to make your wedding day an unforgettable experience. Together, we bring a seamless fusion of creative vision and meticulous planning, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. With our expertise and dedication, this unbeatable combination guarantees that your special day will be transformed into everything you have ever envisioned and more.

A Stylist; focuses on the aesthetic and visual aspects of your wedding. We work closely with you to create a cohesive and visually appealing design concept that includes theme and concept development, décor and design coordination, styling guidance, sourcing and coordination, set up and styling on the day and pack down.

A Planner; handles the logistical and organizational aspects of the event. Our goal is to ensure that all the details and elements of your wedding come together smoothly. This includes budgeting and financial management, venue and vendor management, timeline and schedule creation, guest coordination and on the day coordination.

How do we find and select the right wedding vendors (e.g. photographer, florist, caterer)?

We have built strong relationships with a wide range of trusted wedding vendors over the years. We have curated a network of professionals who have proven their expertise and reliability in delivering exceptional services. This allows us to connect you with vendors who align with your vision and requirements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable planning experience.

Kristy and Dave were an absolute dream to work with. After needing to pivot our wedding from New Zealand to Australia, and plan an international wedding within 7 months, Kristy and Dave took us under their wings and made the process seamless. They were always reachable, responsive, resourceful and so patient. Planning a wedding internationally is no easy feat but Kristy and Dave were our boots on the ground, sent us videos and provided an incredible list of other vendors for hair and makeup, entertainment, music, and more. Kristy and Dave have incredible taste and I felt so comfortable trusting them with our vision. The day was perfect!
