What can I say about this venue. Fergusson hosted our wedding in March of 2025 and it was everything we could have hoped for. Sarah & Sara are SO wonderful to deal with that organising our wedding in just 4 months was a dream. We love the atmosphere and food at the venue, we visited 6+ times over the last few months with our friends and family who all loved it. We opted to have our ceremony on the lawn facing the vines and Sarah was more than happy to accommodate this new idea we had and it turned out SO beautiful. With the venue giving exclusive access to the winery for the wedding no matter the size of the wedding it will feel intimate and all to yourself to celebrate with your loved ones. There is multiple, beautiful options for the Ceremony which was a real appeal for this venue as the wet weather options are also beautiful and often chosen as first choice which was actually hard to find at other venues so was a huge tick. Lots of menu options to choose from for the reception as well as table configuration options - Sarah goes beyond to make your vision come to life. We can't recommend it more.

Beach Road is an amazing venue with stunning views and surrounds, delicious food and wine and fantastic service. To top it off, the wedding coordinator, Adrienne, is phenomenal! She was always so kind and helpful and helped iron out all of the details of our wedding. One of our guests also had a minor medical emergency at the reception, and Adrienne and the Beach Road team were fantastic, calling an ambulance, making sure the guest got medical attention and keeping us all calm. My husband and I held our wedding at white chapel and our reception at Black Hall Kalbar on 11 October 2019. It was a Devine venue. It was all our dreams come true and more. Our package with White Chapel provided an on the day coordinator who went above and beyond anything I could have expected not only on the day but in the lead up to the day as well. Gemma was so well organised and helped keep me sane throughout the whole process! and the whole afternoon/night went off without a hitch! White Hall provide a lot of options to help you out on the day - we used the shuttle bus to help get our guests there and the photography bus which took us to our photography locations with snacks and Champagne! The driver knew the area really well and was a huge help!!

The Garden Bar & Kitchen exceeded every expectation for our wedding, turning our special day into an unforgettable experience. From the glorious view of the river to the impeccable service, everything was perfect. Our wedding at Bonfire Station was nothing short of magical! From the breathtaking scenery to the exceptional service, every detail was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning and offers so many options for ceremony location, we chose to have our ceremony down by the dam and it was the perfect backdrop for our day. Rob and Flo, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, the communication and planning process was 10/10 and so easy and stress free. They were professional, attentive, and truly cared about making our wedding special and unique to your own personal wish list. Our guests are still raving about the food, the ambiance, and the overall experience. If you're looking for a dream wedding venue, look no further than Bonfire Station. It was everything we envisioned and more!

We truly had the most incredible time at Kalinya Estate — there’s absolutely no other venue like it! The estate is stunning, filled with beautiful photo-worthy spots, and offers so much for everyone to enjoy. Our guests loved exploring all the spaces — from relaxing in the hot tub to playing squash and pickleball, or simply soaking in the atmosphere. The venue truly had everything, whether you wanted to be active or unwind. The communication throughout was seamless, and Mandy was an absolute dream to work with — so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. We couldn’t have wished for a better venue or experience. Our wedding weekend was more magical and memorable than we ever imagined.

Don’t bother with other venues, just go with this one!! El is such a legend. She was answering my questions day or night , she was our personal cheerleader on the day and she is just an absolute ray of sunshine making every interaction with Leonards Hill Estate a dream. When visiting other venues , I don’t think we along with anyone more than we did with El and Keith who truly are down to earth, honest people who are very passionate about making your wedding dreams a reality. This is what you want in a venue team - people who are easy going enough so you can ask any silly question you have but also upbeat and positive enough to share the joy with on the day. Not to mention they are very honest and will tell you if they are not sure (and will get back to you with answers ASAP) but will definitely deliver on any promises made. They are a professional team to work with. And the venue Omg!! It’s the perfect mix between outdoorsy (we got married under the beautiful tree) and classy (the shed at night with the soft lighting is so dreamy)- I want to say modern australiana! Not to mention the abundance of kangaroos who roam around the property which just adds to the Australiana feel of the whole venue. It’s also very customisable and allows for couples to bring their own personal style without clashing with the exisiting buildings/interiors and gardens. Another huge plus point is that it’s in Daylesford which is a lovely place in Victoria for out of towners to spend a weekend in and it was very easy to find accom, brunch spots and things to do for our guests. All of our guests felt the wedding was so relaxed and intimate and this really comes down to the venue. There’s some parking spots too and easy access for buses to drop off your guest. I also loved that there are several customisable packages to suit couples of every budget and I felt their pricing was very reasonable given the high cost of everything these days- they also were happy for us to choose our own vendors and fully customise what we wanted and didn’t want according to our budget. The vendors they suggested were also a very important part of our success on the day- every vendor that was recommended felt like they had been intentionally chosen by El and we were very happy to work with these local and small businesses which made sure the money we spent on this wedding would also stay in the Daylesford community to support their local economy. Another huge plus point was having the homestead on site where we stayed with the bridal party- there was no rush to get to the venue after getting ready because we could simply walk across the courtyard and get the ceremony started. I could keep going on but if you want a wedding that - is based in a modern , Australian venue - Is customisable to suit your individual needs and style - Is Intentional and sustainable (they are solar powered too!) - Your money will go to a family run business and vendors in the Daylesford local economy - Will be remembered by all your guests - Has a team who is an absolute joy to work with I would highly recommend Leonards Hill Estate!!
