Riva St Kilda is one of Melbourne’s most sophisticated waterfront wedding venues with everything you need for your perfect wedding day.

Imagine making your bridal entrance by boat, arriving through the luxury St Kilda Marina to your private wedding ceremony at one of two stunning, waterfront locations at Riva. Once you say I do, you can move inside to enjoy your celebration in our gorgeous, contemporary wedding reception venue.

The Marina Room seats 180 reception guests or 150 with space for dance floor or you can host a cocktail party for up to 400 guests. When you need some fresh air, you can simply step outside to enjoy your own private courtyard by the St Kilda Marina.

The wedding photo opportunities? You won’t find many wedding locations in Melbourne which offer you a gorgeous bay view, a stunning city skyline and a luxury boat marina for your wedding photos – all in the one unique location.

Don’t forget your guests! While you’re getting your wedding photos taken, your guests can enjoy the view from our bay side lounge bar. The lounge bar is licensed until 3am so it’s also the perfect place to continue the party.

Riva also has a range of smaller function spaces that are just perfect for your birthday party, engagement party or any special event.

The location was beautiful, it was everything we could have asked for and more. Everything we asked for was done, especially with being a hot day. There were umbrellas there that we had requested and the cold waters for our guest were organised.

Despite the wildest weather conditions for 30 years, the staff made sure we enjoyed a magnificent ceremony despite changing from the Village Green area to undercover. The boats created an amazing backdrop for the ceremony. It didn't even matter that the gale force winds didn't allow any other photo venues.

Beautiful location and a great venue for our wedding. Only downers was not enough of our cake was served and they lost the gluten free cake we had bought. Also forgot to change a last minute table placement, which ment one of our guests was left standing up for the start of the reception.
