Our most popular option, ideal for larger weddings with up to 130 guests, featuring a customisable food & beverage package (Cocktail, 3-Course, or 4-Course dining). Enjoy exclusive venue access, full styling, in-house sound system, and on-the-day coordination. Includes our recommended supplier list to help you choose trusted professionals. Off-Peak Discount: Book between May–September and receive $2,000 off your minimum spend.
Mini Weddings – Intimate & Elegant (4–5 Hours)
Perfect for couples seeking a small yet unforgettable celebration with up to 30 guests. Enjoy a 3-course meal, beverages (beer, wine, soft drinks), wedding cake, and complimentary ceremony styling. Includes a bouquet and buttonhole, in-house music system, and a dedicated coordinator. Available weekdays year-round or weekends during off-peak season (May–September). Optional upgrades like lawn games and cocktails available to personalise your day.
Micro Weddings – Intimate Elegance (6 Hours)
Designed for smaller gatherings, this 6-hour experience includes exclusive venue access, a 5-hour beverage package, 3-course meal with canapés, full styling, a dedicated coordinator, and access to all ceremony locations. Optional upgrades available to make it truly yours.
Elopement Package – Simply Magical (2 Hours)
For couples dreaming of a private and meaningful ceremony, our elopement option includes exclusive grounds access, ceremony styling, a grazing station, drinks, and use of our beautiful ceremony spaces. Perfect for weekday mornings or afternoons, with up to 20 guests (option to add more).
All packages include styling décor, in-house sound system, and access to our experienced wedding coordinators. With on-site accommodation for up to 20 guests and access to our online wedding planning portal, Avalon Castle makes wedding planning simple, seamless, and truly unforgettable.

We don't have one!
At Avalon Castle, all costs are included in your per head or package cost. There is no venue OR ceremony hire fee!
We sure do, as long as they are supervised at all times and stay outdoors you are more than welcome to bring your furry family members with you for your ceremony and photos
As a part of our per head price all Beer, Wine and Soft drinks are included. We do however offer batch cocktail and Wine packages upgrades and bar tab for spirits, just ask us!
We have 7 rooms available for you to hire the night of your wedding, sleeping a total of 22 guests! Room costs start from $180 per night.
Yes, if on the day the weather isn't ideal for an outdoor ceremony we always have our Charming Chapel set up ready to go for any last minute ceremony changes!

Absolutely not. We take care of the set up and the clean up of your event. I can't imagine anything worse than asking a couple to assist with the clean up!
We even gather your goods up for collection the next morning.

Hi Stacey,
Aside from the Honeymooon Cottage, we have onsite accommodation and can cater for an additional 18 guests. The rooms include a continental breakfast and guests may upgrade to a hot breakfast if they wish to.
We serve breakfast in the reception hall at a designated time and check out is at 10.30am the next day.
